<li>Move products and record inventory location confirming bin tags are accurate.</li>
<li>Quality ownership of products being produced.</li>
<li>Fill out appropriate paperwork, forms as required for GMP.</li>

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Job Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Staff Customer Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will manage, create, and drive the execution of customer complaints while interfacing directly with customers to implement their requirements onto the plant floor. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
 Key Responsibilities Oversee the management of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. Interface directly with customers to understand and implement their quality requirements on the plant floor. Create and implement processes for tracking and analyzing customer feedback and quality issues. Conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and complete Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) as required by customers. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer service teams to identify and resolve quality concerns. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports and process maps. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and quality metrics. Conduct training sessions on quality standards and processes for team members.
 Qualifications Bachelors Degree or 3-5+ years equivalent experience in a medical device or aerospace environment 3+ years of experience in a quality job role 2+ years of experience in a customer complaint analysis or investigative role 1+ years of experience gathering data and performing a Root Cause Corrective Action Experience in an aerospace, medical device, or manufacturing environment
 Preferred Qualifications Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a Supplier Quality organization Experience interfacing and presenting to senior and executive leadership Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Experience working closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment Experience with regulatory requirements Experience reviewing contracts, managing suppliers, and/or experience working with inventory Preferred auditing accreditation to ASD9100 or ISO13485.
