<li>Ensure that subcontractors are aware of (and committed to) the project schedule </li>
<li>Provide subcontractors with as much information as possible (PM, foreman, permit status, etc.) </li>

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Schedule: 4/10 Monday-Thursday
Description of work environment:
Seated position-benchwork, may be putting bonding and assembly parts together.&nbsp; ESD. Some use of cameras and microscopes.&nbsp; Workin with small parts
Ability to lift 5-10 lbs, routinely
Ability to read and follow work instructions – On a screen/monitor.
Basic work experience in assembly with smaller parts.
Be able to login and type in notations of any product issue in the computer system.
Responsible for performing a wide variety of -mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Use of epoxies. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, Bonding application, Torque assembly tools working on small parts. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
