POSITION SUMMARY: As the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Registered Nurse, you are a member of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing your nursing skill and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to (PACT) clients under the clinical supervision of the team leader and the prescriber. QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

<li>Associate's degree in nursing, bachelor's degree, preferred </li>
<li>3+ years in leadership, management role, experience in behavioral healthcare, and working with individuals with mental health conditions preferred </li>
<li>Licensed in the State of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse</li>
<li>Preference will be given to candidates that meet the cultural and linguistic needs of the geographic area</li>
<li>Must possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence, have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptable driving record</li>
