Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Springfield, MA, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for a contract position through the end of the current school year. This opportunity offers the chance to support a diverse student population ranging from pre-kindergarten through special programs (PK-SP) with an estimated caseload of 50 students, not all requiring direct services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy and support to students across three school sites
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
Manage caseload and schedule within assigned hours of 7:36 a.m. to 1:51 p.m.

Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
Experience working with children ages pre-K through special programs
Ability to handle a varied caseload across multiple sites effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills
