The Opportunity 
The Director of Career Services will lead the expanding Career Services and Pathways Department. This role will focus on building education and employment partnerships to support MTW young adults on their path to a living wage. The Director will also oversee innovative funding initiatives aimed at enhancing the economic mobility of MTW graduates. Reporting to the COO, the Director will work closely with Boston and Waltham Site Directors to create pathways for MTW graduates. The Director of Career Services role encompasses three key areas: 1) External Pathway Partnerships 2) Program Development, and 3) Career Services Department Leadership. 
 
Key responsibilities of this position include:
External Pathway Partnerships:
<ul>
<li>Identify, develop and maintain external partnerships with employment and educational institutions for the purpose of generating pathway opportunities for youth participating in MTW, while raising visibility and awareness for MTW and the needs of our youth.</li>

<li>Work directly in collaboration with Boston and Waltham Site Directors and Career Services Managers (CSMs) to cultivate and connect MTW youth to employment and education partners, with clear goals for pathways to living wage jobs and Post-Secondary Education (PSE) completion.</li>

<li>Cultivate exposure opportunities for MTW youth and CSMs through job site visits, job fairs, post-secondary education fairs, college/trade school site visits and other PSE access and support services.</li>

Program Development:

<li>Assist and give oversight in placing MTW graduates in MTW business roles, including ongoing job training opportunities, graduate specialist positions, and MTW coordinator roles.</li>

<li>Visibility and Stakeholder Engagement The Executive Director will position buildOn Boston as a leading youth development organization by building relationships with community leaders, business executives, and philanthropic stakeholders. They will work closely with the National Marketing team to amplify buildOn’s visibility and reputation within Boston and beyond.</li>
<li>Board and Financial Management In partnership with the Boston Board Chair, the Executive Director will enhance the board’s fundraising and strategic leadership capacity. They will lead efforts to recruit and engage high-impact board members and provide consistent updates on performance. The Executive Director is also responsible for developing and managing the regional budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and compliance with buildOn HQ and Governing Board approval processes.</li>
<li>Organizational Leadership The Executive Director will implement buildOn’s 3-year strategic plan in Boston with a focus on local relevance and community alignment. They will collaborate with national leadership to leverage broader partnerships and funding opportunities, while representing buildOn at public events, panels, and conferences to elevate the organization’s profile and impact.</li>

Who You'll Work With You will report to the Senior Leadership Team. You will supervise the Boston team, lead the Boston Board, and collaborate frequently with the national program and development teams, other Regional Executive Directors, and organizational leadership.
How We Will Know We Are Successful
<ol>
<li>Fund development by raising at least $600K annually and expanding local funding sources across individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong board engagement and a growing donor pipeline will support long-term financial sustainability.</li>
<li>Program success will be shown by an increased number of students completing 25+ hours of service and improved outcomes based on Monitoring &amp; Evaluation (M&amp;E) data. All programming must align with buildOn’s methodology and meet established KPIs.</li>
<li>Quality and staff development will be assessed through twice-annual, unannounced site visits and an annual staff survey measuring satisfaction, preparedness, and organizational alignment. Positive results will inform performance reviews.</li>
<li>The Executive Director will also demonstrate success by deepening partnerships with schools, city agencies, community groups, and corporate sponsors, while increasing buildOn Boston’s visibility through public engagement and collaboration with national marketing.</li>
<li>Financial and board leadership will be reflected in a balanced, approved annual budget and a stronger, more engaged board. Regular reporting on programmatic and financial progress is expected.</li>
<li>Finally, success will be measured by effective implementation of the 3-year strategic plan, collaboration with national leadership on cross-regional efforts, and consistent public representation of buildOn’s mission and impact.</li>

At Independence Hall, we provide client-centered care and recovery-oriented treatment within a therapeutic environment. We are seeking passionate and innovative individuals to join our behavioral health programming. 
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Finance, Development and Administration, the Admissions Manager would be responsible for the admissions personnel and intake and billing matters for our behavioral health program. This individual exercises discretion and independent judgment to oversee the activities of staff and the financial processes, to ensure fiscal responsibility of the behavioral health program. 
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
<ul>
<li>Overseeing a team of employees responsible for insurance eligibility, BSAS enrollments, patient intakes, referrals, and medical billing</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating initial assessments, verify eligibility, and manage intake documents.</li>
<li>Developing workflow procedures for the Admissions Team and working with Clinical leaders on Policies and Procedures</li>
<li>Liaise with clinical teams, insurance providers, and referral sources to ensure a seamless admissions process</li>
<li>Maintain adherence to BSAS, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations.</li>
<li>Provide compassionate support to clients and families, addressing questions and concerns as they enter the program</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of an associate's degree in a related field, bachelor's degree preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of one (1) year of medical receptionist/office experience in a comparable health care setting required.</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience in a clinical or community-based setting highly preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in a medical practice. </li>
<li>Experience with insurance verification of member benefits/eligibility, contracting, credentialing, and EHR experience is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a CORI and background investigation.</li>
<li>Compliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.</li>
