Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher The Learning Experience Dedham
Location: Dedham, MA
Pay: $20$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday

Our infant and toddler programs provide a warm, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment where children feel secure and excited to explore.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers in caring for infants and toddlers in a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom.
- Assist with daily routines, including diapering, feeding, transitions, and nap schedules.
- Help implement play-based learning activities that support early language, motor skills, and social development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with families and provide daily updates when needed.
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred, but not required.
- EEC Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Caring, reliable, patient, and willing to learn.
