<li>Provide a fun, safe, and stimulating atmosphere for the children.</li>
<li>Develop and foster a “family club” atmosphere by participating with members in an enthusiastic, courteous, and friendly manner.</li>
<li>By personal example, helps to interpret the quality of the YMCA values to children, staff, and parents. &nbsp; Must be a positive role model.</li>
<li>Learn all emergency procedures and familiarize yourself with the first aid equipment. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Keep room clean of food and small objects which may be deemed a choking hazard.</li>
<li>Inspect room each morning for possible hazards, clean and vacuum room prior to closing each day.</li>
<li>Attend all staff meetings.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.</li>
