This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of enterprise-wide systems, including data centers, cloud platforms, networks, IT Service Desk and IT operations. &nbsp;
As a key leader within the IT organization, you will collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to drive innovation, optimize performance, and align technology initiatives with business objectives. &nbsp;
What we do&nbsp;
The Enterprise IT Infrastructure Team manages our IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring reliable compute, network, and service operations. Our team optimizes servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms while maintaining seamless connectivity with SD-WAN, firewalls, and VPNs. The Service Desk provides end-user support, and IT Operations handles monitoring, incident management, backups, and system performance. We also deploy and support IT implementations at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing technical assistance.
