Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Teach group and private lessons</li>
<li>&nbsp;Work with guests of all ages and abilities.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Deliver world class guest service to all guests</li>
<li>&nbsp;Create a safe and fun learning environment</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support all ski school needs inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment</li>
<li>&nbsp;Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders</li>
<li>&nbsp;Other duties as assigned</li>

Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above</li>
<li>&nbsp;Must be able to communicate fluently in English</li>
<li>&nbsp;Must be willing to work weekends/holidays</li>
<li>&nbsp;Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.</li>
</ul>
The expected pay range is&nbsp;$21 - $35/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Do you love working with kids and bringing positive energy to everything you do? At My Gym Medfield, we turn playtime into something powerful - helping children build strength, coordination, and confidence through fun movement-based classes.
We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructors (full-time and part-time) who enjoy helping children learn, grow, and have a blast in a safe, supportive environment. Whether it's a first somersault or a big "I did it!" moment, you'll be part of every smile and success.
No gymnastics experience? No problem! We provide complete, hands-on training. If you're dependable, upbeat, and love making a difference, this is the place for you.
What You'll Do
