At LIVunLtd, Service Technicians are leaders in the fitness industry and part of a skilled team of individuals who are in control of their advancement through our technician career path and other career opportunities throughout the company. As a Service Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining fitness equipment while delivering world-class customer service and being a professional representative of LIVunLtd. Successful candidates must be able to manage a schedule full of jobs for a variety of demanding customers. You are the face of LIVunLtd; we need the best.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 
Primary Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Travel to client locations </li>
<li>Inspect, calibrate, and clean and test fitness equipment during Service Contract visits</li>
<li>Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for a repair quote to be provided to customer</li>
<li>Complete repairs with parts ordered; test that machine is back in full working order</li>
<li>Provide communication to customer both in scheduling times to come out and what is going on with their equipment</li>
<li>Look for additional opportunities for revenue from service/warranty work and PM contracts on additional machines</li>
<li>Look for additional opportunities for incremental revenue for new equipment and/or fitness accessories</li>
</ul>
Additional Responsibilities

<li>Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle at all times</li>
<li>Maintain proper inventory levels and count accuracy at all times</li>
<li>Complete vehicle maintenance needs as directed by the fleet operations manager</li>

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

COMPENSATION 
The Service Technician / Apprentice position with LIVunLtd pays $20-$26/hr based on experience and location of service. All of our Service Technicians are also eligible for a competitive performance based bonus program. Position Title: Locker Building Attendant
Position Reports to: Locker Building Manager 
Employee Categories: Full Time 
FLSA Category: Non-Exempt; Hourly Position 
To provide service in all areas of the Locker Building to members and their guests. Complete the set up and cleanup of all areas pertaining to the Locker Building as well as any other tasks assigned by management. Enhance member and guest experience by following proper procedures and by exceeding member expectations. Be willing and able to communicate courteously and politely with members daily. Maintain a professional demeanor, work harmoniously with others, and strive to excel. 
 Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Properly greeting members and guests when in the Locker Building</li>
<li>Assisting cleaning inside the Locker Building and on the Locker Terrace</li>
<li>Knowledge of amenities offered and ability to direct members and guests to their locker</li>
<li>Ability to answer basic questions about TCC, the golf course and the Locker Building</li>
<li>Daily cleaning and shining of Men’s and Women’s golf shoes and dress shoes</li>
<li>Ability to use the POS system</li>
<li>Gathering and setting of daily functions: placing tables, chairs and setting to specifications noted on write-ups and assigned by manager</li>
<li>Completing close-out responsibilities, cleaning and re-stocking to be ready for the next day</li>
<li>Replenish coffee and tea and snacks </li>
<li>Assisting with the setup and breakdown of other events taking place in the Locker Building</li>
<li>Communicate courteously and politely with members</li>
<li>Additional duties/ projects as assigned by management</li>
</ul>
Required Skills:

Job DescriptionJob Summary The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.</li>
<li>Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to properly and safely use the equipment.</li>
<li>Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.</li>
<li>Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.</li>
<li>Assist in front desk related activities including:
<ul>
<li>Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.</li>
<li>Check members into the system.</li>
<li>New member sign-up.</li>
<li>Take prospective members on tours.</li>
<li>Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.</li>

Qualifications/Requirements
