You will play a key part in ensuring our products meet rigorous standards and are delivered on time to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assemble electro-mechanical components, wiring harnesses, and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.</li>
<li>Read, interpret and build to schematics, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.</li>
<li>Perform functional and continuity tests on completed assemblies.</li>
<li>Install and route wiring, cables, and tubing according to layout diagrams.</li>
<li>Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues and report non-conformities.</li>
<li>Ensure all work is completed in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical and production issues.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings</li>
<li>Proficiency with hand tools, soldering, and wire crimping</li>
<li>Basic understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, or other quality standards a plus.</li>
</ul>

<li>May involve sitting or standing for extended periods</li>
<li>Requires regular use of hands and fingers to handle components and tools</li>
