This role involves supervising and maintaining radar systems critical to defense operations. You will lead a team of technicians to ensure all radar equipment and systems operate at peak performance, contributing to mission-critical objectives. Responsibilities:

<li>Lead the CNS work center, managing the support and maintenance of radar equipment.</li>
<li>Overhaul, repair, and modify ground radar systems, including analog-to-digital interface systems (e.g., STRAP).</li>
<li>Isolate malfunctions using prescribed checking procedures, visual inspections, and voltage checks with electronic test equipment.</li>
<li>Execute technical equipment modifications and manage the assembly, installation, and repair of antenna systems and waveguides.</li>
<li>Install, repair, and maintain airport electrical systems, including troubleshooting PAPI electric control circuits.</li>
<li>Conduct corrosion control, ensuring accurate and complete maintenance data records.</li>
<li>Verify operational conditions of radar systems per technical manuals and directives.</li>
<li>Adjust and align radar systems for recertification, managing radar display interface equipment in control towers.</li>
<li>Use standard and advanced radar test equipment to lead and guide a technical team.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven leadership experience with teams of 6 or more members.</li>
<li>Extensive expertise in radar systems and electronic test equipment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with technical manuals, compliance directives, and maintenance protocols.</li>
<li>Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance or higher.</li>
