<li>Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of mechanical systems and integration.</li>
<li>Experience with soldering surface mount and through hole electronics, fabricate electrical-mechanical hardware such as test boxes and wire harnesses.</li>
<li>Ability to assemble SMT-based PCBs and test fixtures is required.</li>
<li>Good communication skills and ability to document test results.</li>
