Provide Electronic support within Facilities and Maintenance to ensure that production machines and equipment are functioning at their optimum levels. General Summary
The Senior Process Engineer develops and documents manufacturing techniques, materials, tools and processes related to back-end semiconductor assembly. Performs analyses and selects techniques to solve problems and enhance product yield and process flows. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Establishes high-yielding, cost-effective processes based on product needs and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Maintains knowledge of new developments in manufacturing and design technologies.</li>
<li>Develops and executes Design of Experiments (DOE) for process optimization utilizing appropriate statistical analysis software, such as JUMP, Minitab, Excel Statistics, or equivalent. </li>
<li>Establishes processes based on product specifications.</li>
<li>Evaluate and validate process and design alternatives based on product manufacturability.</li>
<li>Understands principles of cost of goods sold and develops process improvements to increase the cost-effectiveness of manufacturing.</li>
<li>Understands intellectual property issues relative to processes being developed.</li>
<li>Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.</li>
<li>May serve as a member on cross-functional project teams.</li>
<li>Understands work environment issues (i.e., OSHA regulations, etc.).</li>
<li>Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in the engineering discipline</li>
<li>A minimum of 10 years experience in manufacturing. Semiconductor experience required. </li>
<li>Technical knowledge in semiconductor or backend assembly processes.</li>
<li>Experience with pick and place equipment Muhlbauer DS variation eco line and/or Taylor tech DTS-1 preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with Dicing equipment from Disco and ADT</li>
<li>Working knowledge of MIL-PRF-38535, MIL-STD-883, ISO9001 and EIA/JEDEC and standards</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.</li>
<li>Skills:
<ol>
<li>Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment. </li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.</li>
<li>Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office® software suite</li>
<li>Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail. </li>
</ol>
