The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience developing and reviewing contracts and sub-contracts, preparing lien notices, coordinating obligations in client contracts with the applicable subcontracts, including insurance requirements, reviewing and redlining contracts, negotiating contracts and subcontracts, and developing and maintaining document repositories.
