This is a W-2 employee position.&nbsp;The practice works with a payroll service to separate taxes owed and also handle costs of health insurance deductions each paycheck. All credentialing and insurance claims is handled by the practice as well as marketing and client load. Therapists do not have to worry about any of the things they would have to worry about if in their own private practice. We handle it all !
Technologically based, this practice uses a HIPAA compliant portal for videoconferencing, maintaining Electric Health Records, as well as a messaging feature for clients between sessions .
 
Requirements:
Must have a Masters level degree, and be independently licensed (LICSW or LMHC).
 
Must have at least 2-3 years of clinical experience.
 
*Currently looking for a therapist who is independently licensed in both the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island (must be willing to become licensed in both states. )as well as Certified in EMDR&nbsp;*
