Summary: 
The Order Fulfillment Specialist will coordinate with Customer Service and Sales team to ensure customer samples ship within 24-48 hours of request. This role will ensure proper stock levels of small and mid-size samples of all TRI-K products to successfully ship samples each day. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will work alongside production to ensure the fresh stock of manufactured products and will work with Supply Chain to ensure sample stock of traded products. Entry level position with pathways to future position in production, logistics, or quality depending on skill set/interests of candidate. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

<li>Maintain proper stock levels of materials to bottle for sampling.</li>
<li>Work with production and supply chain to procure more material as needed for sample stock.</li>
<li>Bottle, label, and stock high turn products for quick shipment</li>
<li>Maintain back up product for slower moving samples, bottling material as needed for shipment.</li>
<li>Package, label, and ship samples daily to meet target of shipments within 24-48 hours of request.</li>
<li>Prepare FedEx labels and shipping documentation including commercial invoices as needed for international shipments</li>
<li>Pull sample requests from Salesforce and update with shipping information once sample has shipped out.</li>
<li>Ensure the sampling room has ample stock of packaging to fit the requirements of the weekly/monthly sampling</li>
<li>Request packing supplies as needed with purchasing to comply with safety stock.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skill, &amp; Abilities
<ul>
<li>Advanced engineering knowledge, understanding of testing requirements, manufacturing processes, drawings and standards.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, to relay complex scientific and technical information in a clear, concise, and understandable manner, verbally and in technical writing.</li>
<li>Advanced analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of US and international regulatory standards and approval requirements. </li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of western consumer values and expectations in regards to foreseeable product use and abuse.</li>
<li>Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks while meeting or exceeding deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to travel. Valid driver’s license required.</li>
</ul>
Education
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education and/or experience.</li>
<li>Regulatory Testing training</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>6 years of test experience evaluating products in accordance with product regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Experience using automated test tools.</li>
<li>Experience testing to NEC, NFPA, UL, CSA, IEC, EN Standards preferred.</li>
</ul>
