-Perform quality inspection on installation to ensure customer expectations are met
-Communicate with customer completion of job as well as the AE office/software
Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of protective paint film installation, window tinting, or vinyl wrap experience
-Must be able to complete bulk or custom installations
-Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
-Must have a reliable vehicle to travel from job location to job location
-Maintain a professional demeanor and courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
-Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
-High School Diploma or GED
-Ability to drive high-end vehicles comfortably and safely
-Ability to work in fast paced environment

Job DescriptionSalary: $50,000+ 
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for generating flooring project estimates based on blueprints, field measurements, project specifications, and related documents and photos. This includes determining the best installation methods and directions and determining material quantities.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct detailed analysis of flooring plans, specifications, field measurements, flooring requirements and related photos and documents to determine the full scope of flooring requirements.</li>
<li>Perform accurate material take-offs and generate precise cost estimates for all materials and labor.</li>
<li>Utilize flooring estimating software (e.g., Measure Square) and industry knowledge to create detailed project estimates and support documentation. We will train the right person on Measure Square.</li>
<li>Identify any omissions, inaccuracies, or discrepancies in project plans and specifications and correct as necessary.</li>
<li>Develop and manage project change orders, ensuring accurate pricing and clear communication with all parties.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with internal teams and installers to clarify project scope, address questions, and ensure alignment on all expectations.</li>
<li>Serve as a key resource for the sales team by assisting with final project preparation and providing technical support during client negotiations.</li>
<li>Generate and maintain detailed project files, including clear and concise drawings, installation instructions and other related documents.</li>
<li>Actively contribute to the refinement of estimating processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.</li>
<li>Meticulously maintain all project documentation, ensuring records of drawings, photos, and notes are current and accurate.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, addenda, change order documents, create RFIs, and technical procedures related to the flooring industry is required.</li>
<li>Background in mathematics, flooring installation, residential and commercial construction.</li>
<li>Critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and estimates simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and meeting strict deadlines.</li>
<li>Prompt and responsive.</li>
<li>Must be able to work effectively alone and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Ability to handle take-off and estimating tasks on multiple projects at one time with the ability to prioritize these activities. </li>
