Job Description:
As a Lead Installer, you will oversee the installation of architectural millwork products, ensuring that every project is completed on time and to our high standards of quality. You will lead a team of skilled installers, coordinating daily activities, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise a team of installers during the installation of millwork products.</li>
<li>Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation and adherence to design.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project managers and other trades to schedule installations and resolve issues.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.</li>
<li>Perform quality checks to guarantee that all installations meet our quality benchmarks.</li>
<li>Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional service.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>5+ Years experience in equivalent field, previous architectural millwork installation experience is required</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and understand construction techniques</li>
<li>Practical problem-solving skills to communicate any problems or obstacles</li>
<li>Time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required</li>

<li>Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail while working independently is required</li>
</ul>
Physical Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work in physically demanding jobs, lift and carry up to 50lbs, stand for 7+ hours per day, including sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, climb ladders and work at varying heights.</li>
<li>Requires the ability to operate, maneuver and/or control the actions of equipment, machinery, tools, and/or materials used in performing essential functions</li>
