WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required</li>
<li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred</li>
<li>Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience</li>
<li>Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.</li>
<li>High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills</li>
<li>Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling</li>

<li>Comfortable diagnosing machine electrical issues and getting production back online fast?</li>

<li>Complete monthly computer-based training; comply with all policies, procedures, and rules.</li>
<li>Read one-line diagrams and ladder logic; use meters, hand tools, and shop equipment accurately.</li>
<li>Communicate issues and solutions across functions; collaborate regularly with all facility teams.</li>
<li>Handle other duties as assigned to support operations.</li>

 Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License.</li>
<li>3+ years of manufacturing experience and 2+ years in electrical maintenance.</li>
<li>High school diploma (required).</li>
<li>Heavy industry background with electrical systems and production equipment (required).</li>
<li>HMI experience preferred; training provided.</li>
<li>Allen-Bradley PLC experience preferred; training provided.</li>
<li>Preventive maintenance system proficiency is a plus.</li>
<li>Able to work long or irregular hours on your feet and lift 50+ lbs.</li>
