Dephy is looking for a candidate who was born to be an engineer: someone that has an urge to understand how things work, and who gets excited when there is no known solution to the problem at hand. We are curious, creative, and passionate engineers looking for a team member to help us tackle challenges at the forefront of wearable robotics. Come help us transition mobility exoskeletons from labs and treadmills to the real world: cities, trails, and mountains.
Description of Role
As a senior electrical engineer at Dephy, you’ll get to support and expand all aspects of our embedded systems and wearable technologies. You’ll develop and prototype analog circuits to power wearable devices, along with microcontrollers and microprocessors to drive them.
Our devices’ electromechanical characteristics, software platform, and controllers are highly integrated; You’ll work closely across disciplines with mechanical, software and control engineers to design these systems.
We are nerds at heart and love solving technical problems with minimum overhead. For instance, you could come up with a circuit idea on Monday, CAD it and order PCBs right away, write firmware while the prototypes are fabricated, and assemble and test them by the end of the week.
Requirements
Required Qualifications

<li>3 to 5 years of relevant work experience </li>
<li>A track record of independently designing PCBAs, obtaining prototypes from quick-turn fabricators, and integrating with complex assemblies at a fast pace. </li>
<li>Strong circuit design skills including mixed-signal applications, microcontrollers, motor control, ADC/DAC, wired communications, switch-mode power supplies, thermal management, radio modules, etc. </li>
<li>Experience performing engineering analyses and writing test plans, specifications, and test reports. </li>
<li>Experience designing multi-layer PCBs tightly integrated with mechanical components. </li>
<li>Experience designing high-speed circuits (microprocessors, RAM interface, inter-CPU communication). </li>
<li>Experience bringing up and debugging hardware and associated firmware. </li>
<li>Experience with embedded programming on microcontrollers (PSoC 4/5 and STM32 or equivalent, C). </li>
<li>Ability to work with clients or other engineers to troubleshoot issues. </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li>
<li>Self-sufficiency is key, as well as a strong attention to detail and quality. </li>
<li>Mentor junior engineers, co-ops, and interns, by assigning tasks, training, peer-programming, and giving feedback when necessary.</li>

JOB TITLE – Construction Project Manager
 
Purpose:&nbsp;To oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, by ensuring that high quality work is completed on time and within budget, creating high productivity and efficiency within the organization.
 
Job Summary: The construction project managers are responsible for obtaining fire, water, wind, vandalism, remodeling and other restoration projects. They are also responsible for providing an accurate scope of work and writing an accurate estimate that will allow for profitable production of the project. Project managers will report directly to the Construction Division Manager and are expected to produce and manage $1.5-$2 million of revenue per year.
 
Duties:
<ul>
<li>Inspect losses and determine an accurate scope of repairs and the associated cost.</li>
<li>Write an estimate for scope of work in Xactimate and present the estimate to the customer/adjuster.</li>
<li>Come to an agreed cost and scope of repairs with the insurance agent or adjuster.</li>
<li>Communicate the details of the repairs to the client and set expectations regarding the following:</li>
<li>What work that is going to be done and what is not.</li>
<li>What the finished product will look like to include providing product and materials selections.</li>
<li>General scheduling information including the projected start date and projected period of performance.</li>
<li>Obtain signed contracts and close sales on restoration related projects.</li>

<li>Write yearly evaluations for construction production staff. Mentor, coach and discipline restoration repair technicians as needed. Documentation for such to be completed in employee ROL’s.</li>
<li>Maintain positive client relationships by being timely and professional with communication.</li>
<li>Close claims expeditiously and coordinate/oversee production of projects.</li>
