Job DescriptionFacility: Porter Medical Center
URGENT FILL. Assignment for 16-32 weeks.
M/S tele RN: A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Requirements: " Prior travel required " Charge RN, insulin drip, and cardiac drip experience
REQUIRED " AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required; NIHSS is required prior to start " A minimum of 2 years MS tele experience required; Progressive care experience is preferred " EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 1/5 " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: " Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended " Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April
