Role: 
Glowbar is seeking a Studio Guide
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Care for clients:
<ul>
<li>Create a safe space for clients to navigate through our modern experience</li>
<li>Guide clients through check-in and retail check-out</li>
<li>Provide a friendly, compassionate environment, ensuring that each client receives an extraordinary, memorable experience as they navigate through the space and our retail assortment</li>
<li>Provide clients with product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions</li>
<li>Email/text clients to assist in appointment booking/rebooking, follow up, and offering to answer any last-minute questions</li>
</ul>
Care for our team:
<ul>
<li>Provide feedback to management on progress and challenges, paired with suggestions </li>
<li>Collaborate with estheticians on opportunities to improve the experience to better support and inform clients</li>
<li>Assist Management in daily studio tasks and projects</li>
<li>Maintain front of studio retail inventory &amp; operating supplies on regular intervals</li>
<li>Enhance and uphold standards, policies &amp; procedures through various means of communication</li>
<li>Assist with social media on an as-needed basis</li>
<li>Participate in events onsite/offsite</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1+ years of hospitality experience (i.e. restaurant, retail, hotel, salon/spa, etc.) with a proven track record of superior customer service</li>
<li>Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - must have weekend, holiday, and some early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability</li>
<li>Full-time requires 5 days of open availability, including both weekend days</li>
<li>Part-time requires 3 days of open availability, including one weekend day</li>
<li>Weekend only requires open availability Saturday and Sunday every week</li>
<li>Must love hospitality and interacting with customers</li>
<li>Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Must be a forward-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic who has compassion for employees and clients</li>

Working Conditions:
 At Glowbar, our studios are active, client-focused environments — and we want you to know what’s involved behind the scenes. Here’s what you can expect physically in this role:
<ul>
<li>Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the entire shift</li>
<li>Bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting (up to 15 pounds) — including merchandise, laundry, and back-of-house supplies</li>
<li>Climbing up and down stairs during shift operations</li>
<li>Remaining mobile and on your feet for the full duration of your shift (shift lengths may vary)</li>
<li>Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels, particularly in laundry or supply areas</li>
<li>Performing operational tasks such as restocking, organizing supplies, and light cleaning</li>
<li>Required to work weekends, evenings and holiday to support our client demand</li>
