The Front Desk Agent position is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival to access their file on the computer, check guests into either hotel rooms or condominiums in a pleasant, positive way to ensure that their experience at Jay Peak is a positive one. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)

<li>Welcomes guests on arrival and checks them in, accessing their reservation on the computer and advises the balance due for their stay, doing a credit card imprint or accepting cash.</li>
<li>Gives appropriate key to guests for the assigned room/condo.</li>
<li>Using an area map, indicates the location of the unit that the guest is checking into and explains how to get to room/unit.</li>
<li>Issues ski tickets during winter season to persons with packages that include skiing/riding.</li>
<li>Issues water park vouchers for one-night stay, water park wrist bands for multiple nights with packages that include Pump House.</li>
<li>Issues golf vouchers during the summer to persons with packages that include golf.</li>
<li>Orients the guest, explaining where the different service areas are located, such as Customer Service, Rental and Repair, Ski School, Pump House, Clips &amp; Reels, Tram, Cafeterias or Restaurants.</li>
<li>When required, explain how to get to retail outlets in the area, hospital, points of interest, event locations, etc.</li>
<li>Makes dining room reservations when required.</li>
<li>Must be well groomed and professional in appearance, wearing uniform items provided.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots problems that may arise for the guest and if necessary, consults with supervisor to resolve more difficult issues.</li>
<li>Works closely with security persons to assist guests who may have road, car or location of unit problems, that security can assist with.</li>
<li>Must be helpful and amiable toward the guest at all times.&nbsp; When difficulties arise you should consult a supervisor/manager for advice on how to handle.</li>

<li>Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure each vehicle meets Flexcar’s high-quality standards by participating in pre-delivery cleaning and preparation if needed. Perform visual checks and checklist-based inspections of vehicles before they are released or accepted back.</li>
<li>Operational Collaboration: Coordinate with Flexcar’s main operations hub to manage vehicle logistics, inventory updates, and appointment readiness.</li>
<li>Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and efficiently address any order or vehicle-related concerns, prioritizing member satisfaction. Work closely with customer care, vehicle support teams and the main hub to ensure swift resolutions.</li>
<li>Utilize Technology: Use company systems to manage member accounts, communicate with members and keep accurate records.</li>
<li>Become a Product Expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of our services and stay updated on the latest features and processes to assist members effectively.</li>
<li>Customer Feedback Loop: Work closely with our Marketing and Voice of the Customer teams to share real-time customer insights, frequently asked questions, common feedback or customer friction points.</li>
