 Qualifications:

<li>Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, taxonomies, and governance frameworks.</li>
<li>Digital fluency, with experience leveraging modern knowledge platforms, AI-powered search, analytics, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Synthesis, Deltek, BambooHR).</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to translate complexity into accessible, actionable information.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead process improvement and change management initiatives across diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.</li>
<li>Proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset, with a passion for connecting people and ideas and driving organizational learning.</li>
<li>Experience with data privacy, compliance, or information security is a plus.</li>
