The Sanctuary Medicinals Brookline Assistant General Manager is responsible to work collaboratively as part of a highly motivated leadership team to help manage Sanctuary's flagship Brookline location. The AGM will assist in managing all of the day-to-day operating requirements of the retail store and in accordance with professional guidelines, operational protocols and quality standards established by the Company. JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of dispensary (retail store) and provides support for the management team. This position is responsible for maintaining best-in-class customer service while ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and company standards. The Dispensary Supervisor will set the standard for performance and keeping associates motivated. The role requires excellent leadership qualities and gain and understanding of dispensary inventory and products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Provide best-in-class customer service to customers</li>
<li>Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and strains in the store as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and train and share that knowledge with other members of the team</li>
<li>Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Assistant Manager and General Manager</li>
<li>Assist all Dispensary Associates in the consultation of all customers to ensure that the employee is informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect customers differently</li>
<li>Complete and appropriately delegate tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
<ul>
<li>Correct cash handling</li>
<li>Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system</li>
<li>Accurate and timely data entry in both the POS system and inventory tracking system</li>
<li>Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy</li>
<li>Ensure adherence with security measures and safety compliance</li>
<li>Maintenance of an organized and clean store</li>
<li>Management of visitor log</li>
<li>End-of-day daily update emails</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy with the vault</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations</li>
<li>Daily activities, maintenance, and data collection for any reported issues and/or complaints</li>
<li>Open and closing procedures</li>
<li>Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff in partnership with the management team</li>

JOB REQUIREMENTS

<li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>
<li>Strong retail math skills required</li>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>
<li>2+ year in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations</li>

<li>Knowledge of basic computer skills</li>
<li>Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic</li>
