<li>Snow shoveling and plowing in the winter.</li>
<li>Preventative maintenance on all properties.</li>
<li>Be an informative resource for the guests.</li>
<li>Use of power tools, paint/drywall repair, sanders, hammers, saws, snow shovels, and tractor/skid steer.</li>
<li>Need to be able to use computer to access and complete tasks on resort work-order program.</li>
</ul>
 REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>High School Education or Equivalent.</li>
<li>Prior experience in the building trades with skills in carpentry/maintenance/painting.</li>
<li>Experience with tools and small equipment.</li>
<li>Experience with swimming pool maintenance is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping is helpful.</li>
<li>Must be able to drive personal vehicle.</li>
<li>Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions.</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends, holidays and overnight on-call rotation.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, 2-way radio and in person.</li>
<li>Ability to perform heavy work lifting and/or exerting up to 70 pounds of force occasionally and lesser weights more often.</li>
<li>Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record.</li>
