About The Role:
Compensation is $16-18 Per hour based on experience.&nbsp;
The General Service Technician is a blended role with both front and back shop responsibilities, including at least two days per week dedicated to front counter duties. This position is responsible for performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications while effectively communicating vehicle issues and solutions to guests. Additionally, as a key holder and manager on duty (MOD) when needed, the General Service Technician plays a vital role in providing a superior guest experience, driving sales of automotive services and tires, and ensuring a welcoming in-store atmosphere.

<li>Act as primary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met.</li>
<li>Maintain contracts and records for all property equipment maintenance and life safety inspections.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate all annual, semi-annual and quarterly testing with Vendors.</li>
<li>Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly.</li>
<li>Maintain current certificates of insurance for all vendors and tenants.</li>
<li>Ensure regular property inspections as well as recommend and/or approve alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as needed.</li>
<li>Bid out and procure contracts for major repairs or renovations. </li>
<li>Maintain complete electronic lease files on all tenants including tenant contact information and Emergency contacts.</li>
<li>Mentor and coach team members to further develop proficiencies.</li>
<li>Assist with budgeting, monthly reporting and collections as required per the management agreements.</li>
</ul>
 
Your Qualifications
<ul>
<li>5-7 years of related real estate experience</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information </li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software such as AppFolio and QuickBooks</li>
<li>Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and be self sufficient</li>
<li>Must be customer service orientated, professional and courteous with excellent phone etiquette</li>

Henley Enterprises, Inc., a privately owned Franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC), is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician servicing locations in Massachusetts. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will help drive the continued success of VIOC by maintaining equipment and surrounding service center locations. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to keep our service centers safe and well-maintained.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Perform maintenance and repairs in hydraulics, data and security equipment, heating and air operated equipment, carpentry, and painting</li>

ENVIRONMENT &amp; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
