Job Description: As a caregiver at Attend Home Care, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being and comfort of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

<li>Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, and medication reminders. </li>
<li>Mobility Assistance: Support clients with walking, transferring, and repositioning to ensure safety and comfort. </li>
<li>Incontinence Care: Help clients with toileting needs, including using a bedpan, urinal, or assisting with bathroom trips. </li>
<li>Meal Assistance: Aid with meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing meals according to client dietary requirements. </li>
<li>Household Support: Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry, bed linens, and maintaining a clean environment. </li>
<li>Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments and errands as outlined in the clients care plan. </li>
<li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care services provided and client progress, reporting any changes to your supervisor. </li>
<li>Safety &amp; Environment: Monitor the environment for safety hazards and take immediate action to address potential risks. </li>
<li>Social Interaction: Provide emotional support through respectful communication, offering companionship to clients. </li>
<li>Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of client privacy and confidentiality. </li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality care delivery. </li>
<li>Training &amp; Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance caregiving skills and remain compliant with regulatory requirements. </li>

Requirements:

<li>Must be 18+ years old. </li>
<li>A compassionate and positive attitude toward caring for others. </li>
<li>Experience in home care is preferred but not required. </li>
<li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility. </li>
<li>Legally authorized to work in the U.S. </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. </li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized. </li>
<li>Flexible, calm, and resilient in all situations. </li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor. </li>
<li>Must complete required training and health assessments. </li>
