The Spa Nail Technician will provide exceptional nail services which includes above-perfect polish application, soothing massage, and nail spa treatments while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, a customized approach and over-the-top hospitality to guests. In addition, meticulous sanitation and disinfection procedures must be followed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Provide nail services to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner including, but not limited to, manicures, pedicures, foot soaks/treatments, etc.</li>
<li>Exceptional skill and the ability to stay on time with service schedule.</li>
<li>Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with the exceptional products, gifts and accessories provided.</li>
<li>Maintain an agreed upon minimum upsell percentage.</li>
<li>Attend pre/post shift meetings.</li>
<li>Participate fully in maintaining backbar.</li>
<li>Complete all necessary record-keeping tasks as they pertain to the operation of the Spa i.e., disinfection of pedicure stations.</li>
<li>Participate in all advanced training.</li>
<li>Escorts guests to and from treatment areas in a graceful manner, attending to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit.</li>
<li>Assist in providing information for any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Spa and yourself.</li>
<li>Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.</li>
<li>Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring treatment area is always immaculate (manicure/pedicure stations are clean, pedicure areas are disinfected and labeled "Clean" or "Disinfected," keep counters and products clean).</li>
<li>Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities.</li>
<li>Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the Spa.</li>
<li>Assist in any other function as requested by the Director of Spa and Wellness as it pertains to the salon, lounges, retail area, and terrace area.</li>
<li>Participate fully in any/all promotions within and outside the spa, or at off-site events.</li>

EDUCATION &amp; SKILLS:

<li>Current NH License Issued by Board of Licensing</li>

Summary: The Direct Support Professional 2 will support and assist in Level 2 residential programs. Staff will help individuals who need daily intervention, supervision, and skills training in activities of daily living while managing within a home environment and in the community. Individuals may require moderate physical assistance or accommodation. Staff will receive and must pass specialized training to provide enhanced supervision or interventions designed to address multiple disabilities, including behavioral support or enhanced medical care.
Schedule: Sunday 9:00AM-3:00PM, Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM-3:00PM (20 hours)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ol>
<li>Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.</li>
<li>Create opportunities and provide support to individuals to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.</li>
<li>Provide services to individuals according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Provide support and assist individuals with all medical, clinical, and financial needs.</li>
<li>Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.</li>
<li>Maintain required documentation according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist individuals with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community.</li>
<li>Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable.</li>
<li>Maintain core training certifications including FA/CPR, PABC, and MAP.</li>
<li>Maintain other additional required training and certifications as required by the program.</li>
<li>Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Required Education/Experience: 
<ol>
<li>Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associates or DSP Certification preferred.</li>
<li>A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities is preferred.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.</li>
</ol>
Required Skills/Knowledge: 
<ol>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills so that the writing of required documents is clear and articulate.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience.</li>
<li>Computer literacy includes the ability to use proficiently Microsoft products and web-based applications used by the agency.</li>
