POSITION TITLE:&nbsp; Director of Resident Care and Service Coordination &nbsp;REPORTS TO:&nbsp; EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR&nbsp;PURPOSE: Responsible for the overall health care management of the residence while overseeing the Residents’ activities of daily living. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Supervises the performance of the licensed and non-licensed nursing staff.&nbsp; Initiates the disciplinary process as outlined in the Rubin Home Assisted Living employee handbook.&nbsp; &nbsp;·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Attends conferences with other professionals and paraprofessionals to assure current standards of practice are maintained within the facility. &nbsp;·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Participates in On Call rotation.&nbsp;
