Direct Counsel is working with a top-tier Am Law firm seeking a Tax Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its growing Taxation Practice Group. This associate will focus on fund formation, investment management transactions, and partnership taxation, with additional opportunities to work on M&amp;A, divestitures, and entity structuring.
Ideal Experience Includes:

Advising on tax issues related to fund formation and investment vehicles.

Handling partnership and LLC tax matters, including drafting and reviewing agreements.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact role focused on proposal capture, pricing strategies, negotiation, and ongoing client relationship management across a range of federal acquisition environments.
Key Responsibilities:
