Legal Department Administrator

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Coordination with Outside Counsel and Litigation Support

<li>Manage communications with outside legal counsel, ensuring timely responses and coordination.</li>

<li>Assist in gathering and preparing materials for legal proceedings, audits, and regulatory inquiries.</li>
<li>Monitor ongoing legal cases and provide updates to the CLO and executive leadership as needed.</li>

Business and Strategic Support

<li>Provide administrative support for business negotiations, contract drafting, and policy development.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining business relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory agencies.</li>
<li>Help manage strategic communications, marketing efforts, and special business projects under the direction of the CLO.</li>

Qualifications and Skills

<li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a legal, compliance, or HR capacity.</li>
