<li>Safety &amp; Compliance Instruction
<ol>
<li>Teach and model OSHA standards, workplace safety protocols, and environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Conduct safety briefings and ensure all training environments meet compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of safety and accountability among students.</li>
</ol>

<li>Perform additional tasks as required.</li>
</ol>
Education &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>8 to 10+ years of HVAC service technician experience preferred</li>
<li>Prior teaching or training experience preferred.</li>
<li>Universal EPA 608 required</li>
<li>Valid HVAC certifications/Licenses including plumber, sheet metal, NATE, Refrigeration, or other applicable certifications</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.</li>
<li>Digital literacy and ability to learn new software</li>
<li>Comfortable working with diverse learners in a classroom and hands-on setting.</li>
<li>Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus.</li>

Work Environment:

<li>Office Environment: This position is primarily based in an open office environment with typical office conditions; however, may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.</li>
<li>Warehouse: This position has some work based in the warehouse for hands on learning</li>

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 annually
