Requirements:
Education/Experience:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>
<li>A technical degree is a plus!</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications. </li>
<li>A valid Driver’s License is required.</li>
</ul>
Skills/Knowledge:
<ul>
<li>Customer service focus in a retail environment</li>
<li>Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.</li>
<li>Basic conflict resolution skills</li>
<li>Solid understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry</li>
<li>Basic understanding of VAST and automotive PC programs.</li>
<li>Basic math skills to produce accurate repair estimates.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Team player</li>
