Full-Time Legal Assistant Our well-established Peterborough law office concentrating in estate and trust planning and administration seeks a well-organized, highly-motivated individual with fast-paced office experience for a full-time legal assistant/receptionist position. Primary duties will include front desk management, working closely with our attorneys to prepare a high volume of accurate estate planning documents, and other general office tasks. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a law office, but experience in another professional services setting dealing with a high volume of complex document preparation will be considered. Candidates must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, and exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and formatting. A thorough understanding of the importance of client confidentiality, combined with good personal relations and teamwork skills, are also absolute requirements.
