Home Health Aide – Day Shifts (7 AM – 7 PM) | $30/hour

Location: Quechee, Vermont

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7 AM – 7 PM)

Are you a compassionate, experienced caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life? We’re seeking a dedicated and upbeat Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one daytime care for a kind and engaging elderly woman living with Parkinson’s.

This is a fulfilling opportunity to become a vital part of her daily well-being, helping her maintain comfort, dignity, and independence at home.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare three healthy, enjoyable meals per day

• Administer daily medications (4 times per shift)

• Assist with dressing, getting in and out of bed, and light mobility

• Provide support for light exercise and daily movement

• Offer warm companionship and encouragement throughout the day

Who You Are:

• You have experience in home care or facility-based elder care

• You’re kind, reliable, and patient, with a heart for helping others

• You’re organized and confident in supporting someone with a neurological condition

• You bring positive energy and a calm presence to your work

• You are comfortable with a consistent, full-day shift schedule
