Responsibilities:

• Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Diagnose and repair printed wiring assemblies, identifying faults and implementing corrective actions.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams to support accurate assembly and testing.
• Test electronic and mechanical devices to ensure proper functionality; identify performance trends and provide root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Prepare detailed failure reports and document all findings accurately.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve production processes in collaboration with functional teams.
• Follow in-process inspection procedures, perform visual quality checks, and complete required inspection records.
• Support critical production issues and work occasional overtime as needed.
• Escalate barriers or issues promptly to supervisors and appropriate support teams.
• Build, assemble, and support manufacturing activities across the production line.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and programs, including lockout/tagout, fall protection, and any additional required safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Two-year technical degree or four-year vocational high school qualification.
• Basic soldering experience preferred.
