Job Description: Manufacturing Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently

• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues during production

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean work area

• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve assembly processes

• Document assembly activities, including any deviations or defects

• Assist in training new technicians on assembly techniques and safety practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or manufacturing training preferred

• Prior experience with mechanical or electronic assembly in a production environment

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
