\nPay Rate:
\n$20.74-$23.01/HR (depending on department)
\n+ $0.50/hr on 2nd
\n+ $1.00/hr on 3rd
\n
\nShifts:
\n1st M-F 7am-3pm (limited availability, temp)
\n2nd M-F 3pm-11pm
\n3rd Sun-Thurs 11pm-7am
\n
\nALL TRAINING IS ON FIRST SHIFT (7am-3pm)
\n
\nIn this role, you will:
\nCompression/injection molding
\nMaking different seals used in automotive and machines
\nCould operate a variety of machines related to rubber, springs, and metal stamping/treatment.
\nInspect finished products
\nUse basic computer skills needed for documentation
\n
\nRequirements:
\nHigh school diploma/GED preferred but not required
\nMust be able to train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks.
\nAbility to stand on your feet an entire shift
\nAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 35lbs+
