Our primary care team is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic practice and serve our growing community.
This position is based in the Methuen, MA practice.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing comprehensive primary care services, focusing on preventive care, disease management, and overall health promotion for patients Peds through geriatrics. As a Nurse Practitioner with us, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult, and geriatric patients.
- Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Promote health education and disease prevention.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in primary care.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of direct clinical experience
BSN or MSN required
Active licensure in Massachusetts
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
For Physician Assistants: Must be accredited by the American Medical Association
Comfortable using new technology and software such as eClinicalWorks/Athena EMR
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
