Job Description
We are now hiring for a variety of positions with a leading manufacturing company in Chester, VT. In these roles, you will be working in a high volume food manufacturing setting. The job will get messy at times, but this family owned company will offer a ton of training and opportunity for growth. Responsibilities
- Provide support duties to the manufacturing staff.
- Follow detailed work instructions.
- Frequently lift 50 lbs or more.
- Assist in production, packing, and packaging tasks.
- Operate various production machinery as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working with food and strong scents.
- Comfortable operating various production machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in general labor or production roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with packing and packaging processes.
- Machine operating experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
