Job Description

Company Overview: Master Millwork is a leading millwork manufacturing company that specializes in producing high-quality custom millwork solutions for commercial and residential projects. Our Machine Maintenance/Operator will help maintain, manage, and use our various machines including CNC and manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on equipment; Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently; Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary. Diagnose and repair any issues.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Train new employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Troubleshooting equipment problems.
Preparing and loading materials to the machines.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to clearly communicate with engineering, technical support
Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
5 Years minimum experience
