We’re looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our Internet Sales Department. This role plays a key part in connecting customers with the right vehicle and ensuring a smooth, positive car-buying experience from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls and internet inquiries with professionalism and prompt follow-up
• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects through their preferred method (phone, email, or in person)
• Manage internet leads, provide accurate vehicle information, and schedule sales appointments
• Maintain and update the customer database to encourage repeat and referral business
• Conduct long-term follow-up with unsold prospects, including previous internet leads and showroom visitors
• Assist in marketing efforts by accurately logging customer sources and interactions
• Keep online vehicle listings current with accurate descriptions and availability
• Coordinate test drives and appointment scheduling for interested buyers

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Prior automotive or customer service experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right candidate!
