THIS IS A CT/X-RAY NEED

FACILITY WILL PEND VT LICENSE, BUT TRAVELER MUST APPLY (and show proofs of same) WITHIN 24HRS OF OFFER ACCEPTANCE

The Springfield Hospital Radiology Department is a full-service department, providing routine and specialized imaging procedures for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients.

The department offers x-ray & CT services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Canon DR Radrex and GE Fluoro Units used.

Client will not consider local (within 50 miles of facility) candidates

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Non-Billable Orientation: 0hrs
OT Multiplier - NO OT MULTIPLIER - OT PAID AT FLAT HOURLY RATE
Holiday Multiplier: 1.25%

THIS IS A CT/X-RAY NEED

• 5+ years of current CT/Xray Tech experience in a hospital setting - Required
• MINIMUM 3 months previous travel experience REQUIRED - NON-NEGOTIABLE (more is preferred)
• ARRT/(R) (CT) Certification - Required
• Previous Travel - Preferred
• Bachelor Degree - Preferred
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 2 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (ARRT and BLS)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Vermont

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Part of shift/Holiday coverage required
On Call Requirements : No call, unless traveler would Choose to help
