Scope
To assist in building, training and maintaining Surveillance and Security Teams in the Casino industry. In this role you will be responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video footage, reporting on incidents, investigations and suspicious activity.
Primary Duties
- Champion our Code of Conduct policy
- Scheduling for all Surveillance and Security Teams
- Training teams in suspicious behavior to watch on table games
- Manage and maintain a log on whoever accesses the surveillance area
- Ensure all equipment is operational, documents and reports any malfunctions immediately to the AGM/GM and IT department.
- Ensure surveillance activities are properly documented, including but not limited to incident reports, investigations and SARs and reported in a timely manner
- Always adheres to confidentiality in all matters, internal and external
- Works with the NH Lottery Commission and police as directed to maintain a positive working relationship in the surveillance operation
- Records effectively, all gaming transactions that are not within the policies, procedures and / or laws of NH Gaming, including but not limited to Games of Chance, Cash Poker and HHR.
- Works independently with little to no supervision or as a part of a team as needed
- Must maintain compliance with all Federal, State, Local and Company rules, laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED/Hi-Set Required
- Minimum of two years working in a casino environment
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a NH Gaming license and badge
- Knowledge of Games of Chance, Cash Poker and HHR
- Must have knowledge of NH Gaming Laws and Compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including but not limited to, days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled
