Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity exists for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting in Gardner, MA. This contract role offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week during the school year, focusing on supporting students communication needs in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
  • Provide teletherapy services as needed, supporting a flexible and comprehensive approach to intervention

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Ability to deliver services via teletherapy is an asset
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Strong communication and organizational skills in a school environment
