Job DescriptionMachine Operator – All shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

A growing manufacturing company is looking for a Machine Operator. This is a first-shift, entry-level opportunity. Training will be provided.

Shift of the Machine Operator:
1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available

Pay Rate of the Machine Operator:
$17.5/hr

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

• Monitor one or more workstations to ensure proper packaging and inspection of parts
• Trim, clip, package, weigh, and label finished products as needed
• Perform visual inspections and use gauge pins to measure parts for compliance
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation
• Report any quality issues to the Shift Supervisor
• Train Machine Attendants on the next shift as needed

Requirements of the Machine Operator:

• Entry-level; no prior experience required
• Ability to read and understand documentation like Work Orders
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Basic measuring experience is a plus
