Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Manchester, NH, is seeking a specialized professional to support students with emotional and behavioral challenges on a contract basis throughout the current school year. This position is ideal for a licensed School Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counselor with a passion for working with high school populations facing emotional behavioral disorders (EBD).

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 12 high school students within the emotional behavioral disorder spectrum. The role requires providing assessment, counseling, and intervention services tailored to individual student needs. Collaboration with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective strategies is vital to fostering student success and well-being. This position is for 20 hours per week, scheduled over three days.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Valid licensure as a School Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counselor
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably within special education or EBD populations
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills related to emotional and behavioral disorders
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills and rapport-building capability with students, staff, and families

Location: Manchester, NH (with additional duties possible in Kingston, NH)
