We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Automotive Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, driven by success, and excited about helping clients find the perfect vehicle for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in identifying their automotive needs
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Honda vehicles and features
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text to maximize opportunities
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Stay informed on Honda products, promotions, and financing options
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required — training provided
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated and goal-driven personality
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 – $110,000 annual earning potential (depending on experience and performance)
